V. Scott Barkley, a native Arizonan, attended school in Colorado and Illinois, before returning to Arizona to start a construction business.   Barkley Construction is, and always has been, licensed, bonded and insured.   A master carpenter himself, Scott holds a Residential General Contractor’s License and a B-2 Commercial General Contractor’s License, both in the state of Arizona.

Barkley Construction was built around Scott’s personal values of honesty, integrity, a commitment to excellence.  His work ethics command attention to detail and a working partnership with customers and subcontractors, many of whom have worked with Barkley Construction for over 20 years.
